The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options including a delicious pastry and fresh strawberries. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing suggestions for places to visit.
The lack of air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable during my New Year stay. Despite opening the windows, it was still too hot and made it difficult to sleep.

location is excellent. Close to everything and good communication.. hotel staff of 10, always attentive to requests.. breakfast, Incredible Buffet very varied and all homemade. very rich. We also recommend the hotel restaurant which is a 5 minute walk from the village square. good. big bathroom as well as the room and exploded bathtub.
The room, being big and right in the corner of the building, was a bit cold and had no heating, but an electric radiator that made it easy for us to stay. On Sunday morning, when we took a shower, there was no hot water and we had to wait more than half an hour because when everybody took a shower under the temperature of the boiler.. Many flies inside the room, without exaggerating like 30 and all stuck to the window.. I add these reviews because it is a 3 star hotel and at the price of the night, what less than having hot water and heating.

This is a 'what you pay for' kinda hotel. No real soul to the place, just a regular hotel if you need a place to stop en-route.
Air con! Do ask for a portable unit, which the receptionist found for me as it was pretty warm otherwise!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of a charming city in Rioja Alta. The location was perfect; we were very close to San Millán de la Cogolla and Santo Domingo de la Calzada. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the facilities offered. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we were delighted to discover a delicacy we had never tasted in Spain before - a fresh and flakey pastry. The friendly staff made our experience even more enjoyable, and we hope to return in the future.
No negatives from this place - it was an overall exceptional experience.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the rioja vineyards. We were the only occupants on the night we stayed and had a spacious room with lovely views.
Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open during our stay which was extremely disappointing so we had to travel to Najera for our evening meal.

The hotel has stunning views of the mountains and is surrounded by a peaceful farming area. the staff are very friendly and hospitable, keen to help out and recommend things to do in the region. the local food and wine is outstanding, and the menu changes daily to keep things interesting.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, so it can get a bit warm at times. there isn't much to do in the immediate area, so if you're looking for a lively vacation spot, this might not be the best option for you.
